INGREDIENTS:

  1. Small chicken pieces (1 inch size) - 3/4 kilogram
  2. -- For Marinating --
    1. Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
    2. Chili powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp.) or as needed.
    3. Lemon juice - from 1 lemon
    4. Salt - to taste
  3. -- For dipping --
    1. Egg - 3
    2. Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
    3. Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
    4. Salt - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  4. -- For coating --
    1. Maida flour - 2 cup
    2. Bread crumbs or Rusk crumbs - 2 cup
    3. Salt - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Oil - for deep frying (1 cup or as needed)

PREPARATION:

  1. Add ginger garlic paste, 2 teaspoon (tsp.) chili powder, lemon juice and salt to taste to the chicken, mix well and marinate for 1 - 4 hours.
  2. Before you are read to cook break egg in a bowl, add 1 tablespoon (tsp.) chili powder, black pepper powder, salt to taste and beat the egg well.
  3. In a large wide bowl mix maida flour, crumbs, salt to taste and mix well.
  4. In a pan heat oil for frying (350 degrees Fahrenheit) . take few ( 3- 4) marinated chicken pieces, dip in the egg then coat with flour crumbs mixture. Drop them in oil and deep fry them and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Keep the oil heat to 350 degrees Fahrenheit to get a crispy chicken.
