Make batter (like dosai batter) with Maida flour by adding water as needed.
In bowl add chicken, chopped onion, chopped green chili, Chopped coriander leaf, Chopped curry leaf, chopped mint leaf , lemon juice, gram masala powder, turmeric powder, salt. Mix this well.
In a pan heat oil to deep fry. Make small balls; flatten it (like for vadai) with chicken mixture, dip in vadai in maida batter then drop in bread crumb and coat well. add this balls to oil and fry them.
Goes well with rice.
when you make for kids add black pepper powder instead green chili.
