INGREDIENTS:

  1. Chicken pieces - 1/2 kg
  2. Chicken 65 masala powder - 50 grams
  3. Egg - 1
  4. Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Curd - 25 milliliter
  7. Oil - for frying.
  8. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Beat the egg well.
  2. In a bowl beat the egg. Add to it garlic paste, ginger paste, curd, chicken 65 masala powder, chicken pieces and mix well until the chicken pieces are well coated. Keep this marinated aside for 1 hour.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry the chicken pieces in batches until they are cooked and turn golden brown.

NOTES:

  1. Grind garlic and ginger together while making paste this will give extra flavor chicken 65 pieces.
  2. For better result do not add to many chicken pieces as this will reduce the oil temperature too soon. Keep the oil temperature close to 350 degree Fahrenheit.
