INGREDIENTS:

  1. Chicken - 500 grams
  2. Chili powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  3. Coriander powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  4. Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Egg - 1
  6. Roasted gram - 50 grams
  7. Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  8. Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  9. Lemon - 1
  10. Salt - to taste
  11. Oil - for deep fry.

PREPARATION:

  1. Add water and grind roasted gram to a batter consistency for dosai.
  2. Add chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste, egg, lemon juice to the chicken mix well and Marinate for 1 hour.
  3. Heat oil for deep frying ( 350 degree Fahrenheit ).
  4. Dip the chicken pieces in the roasted gram batter. Deep fry them in batches until they are cooked and serve.
