INGREDIENTS:

  1. Boneless chicken pieces - 1 kilogram
  2. Onion - 4
  3. Ginger paste - 1 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  4. Garlic paste - 1 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Coriander powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Chili powder - 3 teaspoon (tsp.)
  7. Garam masala powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  8. Coriander leaf - 10
  9. Oil - as needed
  10. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Grind onion into a fine thick paste by adding little water as possible.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chicken. once the chicken sautéed a little bit add turmeric powder, ginger paste, garlic paste and sauté until the chicken is half cooked.
  3. Now add chili powder, salt and mix well. Place a lid and cook the chicken until the chicken sweat all the liquid.
  4. Now add the onion paste. Stir time to time and cook the chicken until the oil separates.  NOTE: stirring is must to avoid burning the chicken
  5. Now add coriander leaves. Mix well. Remove from heat and serve.
  6. Tasty Andhra spicy chicken fry is ready
