INGREDIENTS:

  1. Broccoli - 1/4 kilogram
  2. Boneless beef - 1/4 kilogram
  3. Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  4. Finely chopped garlic - 4 cloves
  5. Finely chopped spring onion - 1 (optional)
  6. Finely chopped Onion - 1
  7. Soy sauce - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  8. Oil - 3 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  9. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Cut the broccoli into small pieces.
  2. Thinly slice the beef, add 1/4 soy sauce and salt to taste and cook well. NOTE: you don't need to add lot of water since beef has water by itself .Since its sliced think will not take too long to cook.
  3. Heat oil in a pan add the spring onion or cut onion and cook until it turns golden brown, now add the garlic and cook until it turns golden brown or the raw smell is gone.
  4. Now add the broccoli and cook until its cooked well.
  5. Now add the cooked beef (without excess water), black pepper powder, remaining soy sauce and salt to taste.
  6. Mix and cook for 2 to 3 min and serve.
