INGREDIENTS:

  1. Rusk - 10 count
  2. Sugar - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  3. Cardamom - 4 count
  4. Cashew nut - 4 count
  5. Ghee - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Fresh shredded coconut - 1/4 cup.

PREPARATION:

  1. In a bowl add coconut, crushed or powdered cardamom. Mix well and keep it aside for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Remove the edges of the rusk and powered them in a mixer.
  3. In a pan melt butter and roast the Cashew nuts. Add the cashew nut along with butter to coconut mixture and mix well
  4. In bowl add powdered rusk, coconut and mix well. Now make small balls and serve.
