INGREDIENTS:

  1. Roasted gram - 3/4 cup
  2. Chopped dates - 1/4 cup
  3. Thick milk or Ghee - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Dry roast the roasted gram for couple of minutes to remove excess moisture. Cool this to room temperature.
  2. Grind the chopped dates in blender for 2 spin.
  3. Now add ground dates to roasted gram and powder them in mixer to a flour. Transfer this to a bowl.
  4. Now add milk or ghee as needed and make urundal (balls) like laddu size and serve.

NOTES:

  1. If you make this with milk has to be eaten in a day. if you ghee is used can be kept for 3 to 4 days.
