INGREDIENTS:

  1. Kambu (Bajra) - 50 gram
  2. Jaggery - a piece or as needed
  3. Coconut - little

PREPARATION:

  1. Soak the Kambu (Bajra) over night and make them sprout the next day. Drain the water and keep it aside.
  2. Grind the sprouted kambu (bajra), coconut, jaggery grind to fine thick paste. Now add 1 tumbler of water and filter the juice.

NOTES:

  1. you add cashew nuts, cardamom.
