INGREDIENTS:

  1. Bitter gourd (bitter melon) with no seeds - 1/4 cup
  2. Black pepper - 4
  3. Cumin seed - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  4. Lemon juice - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. In a blender grind all the bitter gourd, black pepper, cumin seed and salt with water (1/2 cup) as needed.
  2. Filter the juice from the ground bitter gourd.
  3. Add the lemon juice mix well and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Good for diabetic people.
