INGREDIENTS:

  1. Milk - 1/4 liter
  2. Sugar - 1/4 cup
  3. Rose milk essence - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  4. Almond gum (badam pisin) - 3 teaspoon (tsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. Soak almond gum in water overnight. Drain water and keep it aside.
  2. Boil milk and cool it down.
  3. Now add sugar, rose essence to milk, 1/4 cup of water and mix well.
  4. Now add the almond gum (badam pisin) mix well and serve.

NOTES:

  1. If like to serve cool keep in the refrigerator and serve.
