INGREDIENTS:

  1. Sweet potato - 200 grams (skinned)
  2. Dosai batter - 1 cup
  3. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Grind the sweet potato into a thick paste in a mixer by adding little water as possible. Add this to dosai batter with salt as needed and beat well.
  2. Now make dosai and serve.

  6. Heat a flat skillet. Coat with oil;
  7. Now pour a ladle of batter and spread thin well to form a round thin sheet. Sprinkle oil around the dosai.
  8. Once the bottom side is cooked flip and cook to golden brown and serve.

NOTES:

  1. if you like you can temper onion, mustard seeds and add to the dosai batter before you cook and beat well.
  2. if you want to make it as a sweet dosai you can add sugar.
