INGREDIENTS:

  1. Ragi (kezhvaragu) flour - 1 cup
  2. Rice flour - 1/2 cup
  3. Cumin seed - little
  4. Black pepper powder - little
  5. Finely chopped green chili - as needed
  6. Curry leaf - 1 sprig
  7. Oil - as needed
  8. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. In a bowl add ragi flour, rice flour, cumin seeds, black pepper powder, green chili, cury leaves, salt, water as needed and a very thin batter like you do for rava dosai.
  2. Now make dosai and serve.

  6. Heat a skillet coated with oil. Now pour a ladle of batter staring from outside to make a circle and fill it. NOTE: has to be very thin.
  7. Once bottom side is cooked. Sprinkle oil around the dosai and top of it.
  8. Flip and cook other side and serve hot.

NOTES:

  1. Goes well with kara chutney.
  2. Serve hot for good result
