Palmyra palm fruit pudding recipe

In summer we enjoy palm fruit (nugu) in many form. let see how to make pudding with it. Kids will love this.

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Chopped Palmyra palm fruit (nungu) - 10
  2. Milk (boiled and cooledd down) - 1 cup
  3. Vanilla essence - little
  4. China grass (agar agar) - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Sugar - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Add 1/2 cup of water to china grass (agar agar) and bring to boil then remove from heat.
  2. In a bowl add milk, vanilla essence, sugar, boiled china grass (agar agar) and mix well.
  3. Now add the Palmyra palm fruit (nungu) pieces and mix well.
  4. Pour this in small glass containers and keep in freezer for at least 6 hours and then serve.
