INGREDIENTS:

  1. Vermicelli - 100 grams
  2. Sugar - 75 grams or as sweet you like to
  3. Cashews - 10
  4. Cardamom - 3
  5. Coconut milk - 1 cup
  6. Ghee - 3 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  7. Raisins - 10
  8. Maida flour - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  9. Salt - a pinch

PREPARATION:

  1. Melt ghee add cashews, cardamom, raisins and fry them (raisins will become plump)
  2. Now add the vermicelli and fry for few minutes.
  3. Add 2 cup of water, sugar and salt and bring to boil.
  4. Mix Maida flour in few teaspoon (tsp.) of water and add to the boiling liquid.
  5. After 3-5 min of boiling add the coconut milk and cook for another 5 min then remove from heat and serve.
