INGREDIENTS:

  1. Chopped carrot - 2
  2. Milk - 1/2 liter
  3. Sugar - 1 cup
  4. Ghee - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Crushed almond, cashew - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Boil the milk then add sugar mx well then bring to room temperature.
  2. In a pressure cooker, melt ghee and roast the carrot.
  3. Now add the milk and pressure cook for 1 whistle. Once the pressure is gone. cool this down to room temperature.
  4. Now puree it in a blender. Cool this in a fridge.
  5. When you serve garnish with almond and cashew.
