Grind fresh shredded coconut into a fine thick paste by adding water as needed.
In a bowl add ground chicken, chopped onion, egg, ginger paste, garlic paste, curry masala powder, turmeric powder, chili powder, chopped green chili, salt, chopped coriander leaves, chopped curry leaves, coconut paste. Mix well to medu vadai consistency. Make small lemon size balls and flatten like you do for vadai.
In pan heat oil. deep fry them to golden brown and serve. NOTE: keep the oil temperature for 350 degree Fahrenheit for good result. don't cook in high heat as this will to cook the center of the vadai. Cook them in gentle heat
