In a bowl add chicken pieces, corn flour, egg, maida flour, chicken 65, ginger garlic paste, salt as needed, water as needed and make a thick batter with no lumps and chicken pieces are well coated. Marinate this for at least 30 minutes.
Now deep fry the marinated chicken pieces to golden brown and keep it aside. NOTE: fry the chicken in 350 degree Fahrenheit oil for good result if you fry in high heat oil the pieces will not be cooked inside. Cook them in gentle heat
Chop onion, capsicum into a slightly big pieces.
In a pan heat oil add ginger + garlic pieces and sauté. NOTE: cook steps 4 to 6 really hot for good result.
Now add onion, capsicum and sauté until they are cooked half.
Now add soya sauce, chili sauce, tomato sauce, salt as needed and sauté well. Once all of them come together thick consistency add the fried chicken pieces. Mix well until the chicken pieces are well coated garnish with coriander levees and then serve hot. NOTE: sauces usually have lot of salt.
if you get scallion you can cook this.
if you want the gravy to me wet add little water when you add the sauce.
