In a bowl add the wheat flour. add water as needed and make soft dough as you do for chapatti. Keep the dough aside for at least 10 minutes.
In a pan heat oil. add onion and sauté until they become translucent (golden brown). Now add chili powder, salt and sauté until the raw smell is gone. Now add the chopped garlic cloves and sauté until oil separates.
Now with dough make small lemon size balls and roll them to thin round sheet with rolling pin. Now place the onion masala in the middle of the sheet and roll them.
Heat oil in a pan. and deep fry these rolls to golden brown and serve with tomato ketchup.
