  1. Break slice - from 1 packet.
  2. Apple - 2
  3. Peach - 2
  4. Plum / Mango - 1
  5. Lemon - 1 count (take 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) lemon Zest and juice)
  6. Bread crumb - 2 cup
  7. Brown sugar - 3/4 cup
  8. Butter - little (to toast the bread slices)
  9. Cinnamon powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  10. Almond (crushed into small pieces) - 3 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  11. Icing sugar - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  12. Salt - a pinch


  1. Take tablespoon (tbsp.) of lemon zest and juice the lemon.
  2. Toast all the bread slices both sides in butter and keep them aside.
  3. Cut apple, peach, plum / mango into to small pieces and place them in a bowl. To this add 1 cup of brad crumb, 1/2 cup brown sugar, lemon juice with out seeds, lemon zest and mix well and keep it aside.
  4. To the remaining bread crumb add 1/4 cup of brown sugar, cinnamon powder, salt and mix well.
  5. Coat the baking pan with butter. Now place the bread slices in the bottom close to each other (no space) as layer one. Now sprinkle 1/2 of the fruit pieces mixture so it spread well in the pan.
  6. Now cover the fruit pieces layer with bread slices as we did at the bottom of the pan so that the fruit pieces are covered well.
  7. Now sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over the bread layer so that they spread well. Now press with your hand gently so that the layers are compressed.
  8. Now sprinkle the almond powder so they are spread well.
  9. Bake this pre heated (160 Degree Celsius / 320 Fahrenheit) oven for about 30 to 40 minutes. Once cooled down to room temperature spiking icing sugar or drizzle with caramel and serve.


  1. For this you can use tropical fruits like mango, banana, jack fruit.
  2. You can use brown bread instead of white bread.
  3. You can also server this with Whip cream instead of icing sugar or caramel
