INGREDIENTS:

  1. Maida flour - 1 cup
  2. Butter - 1/2 cup (room temperature)
  3. Egg - 2 (room temperature)
  4. Chocolate chip - 3/4 cup
  5. Coco butter - 2 1/2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  6. Instant coffee - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  7. Powdered sugar - 3/4 cup
  8. Salt - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  9. ----------------------------------------------
  10. --- For making icing ---------

  12. Powdered sugar - 1 cup
  13. Coco powder - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  14. Butter - 1 1/2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  15. Milk - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. In a bowl sift maida flour, coco powder, coffee powder, salt with a sifter i..e sift over each other so mix well. NOTE: you can do this in stove top as well.
  2. Microwave in a microwave safe glass bowl chocolate chips + butter for 30 seconds and keep it aside. Once melted mix them will with s a whisk and let them cool. Once cooled to room temperature. Beat the eggs and add to this and beat well. Now add powdered sugar, silt flour mixture little by little and whisk until they all mix together well with no lumps.
  3. Take a backing pan or tray. Place a butter paper so that it stick little outside the rim. Coat the surface with butter so the cake does not stick to butter paper. Now add the cake batter and spread event. Bake this in preheated over to 180 degree centigrade (360 Fahrenheit) for 40 minutes or until the cake is done. NOTE: you can stick a took pick into cake and pull out and see if nothing sticks cake is done.
  4. Now coat the cake with the Icing (instruction below). Sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles over it. Keep this for minimum 2 hours to set well and then cut into pieces to your preference and serve. NOTE: you can eat early about 30 minutes if cannot wait :).

  8. In a pan add powdered sugar, coco powder, butter and melt. Now add milk and mix well and cook until they become soft and mushy.

NOTES:

  1. If you eat this brownie next day it will taste better. you don't need to store it in refrigerator it will not go stale for about 3 to 4 days.
