INGREDIENTS:

  1. Maida flour - 1 cup
  2. Unsalted butter (room temperature) - 1/4 cup
  3. Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
  4. Tutti frutti - 1/3 cup
  5. Whole milk - 1/8 cup

PREPARATION:

  1. Sift the maida flour with a Sieve.
  2. In a bowl add butter, sugar and beat well. NOTE: Make sure its beaten well this will define the out come of the biscuit.
  3. Now add Maida flour, tutti frutti, milk as needed and make a very soft dough like you do for chapatti. NOTE: has to be little soft than chapatti dough.
  4. Now make small balls out them and flatten them.
  5. Pre heat the oven to 160 Degree Celsius (320 Fahrenheit) and bake them for about 15 - 20 minutes.
  6. Transfer to another tray and Cool them to room temperature before you serve.

NOTES:

  1. You can do the same with other dry fruits and nuts.
