INGREDIENTS:

  1. Minced or ground meat - 250 gram
  2. Egg - 3
  3. Chopped Onion - 2
  4. Chopped Green chili - 6
  5. Chopped Ginger - 1 inch size
  6. Chopped Garlic - 6 clove
  7. Tomato juice or Tomato sauce - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  8. Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  9. Garam masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  10. Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  11. Samia or vermicelli - hand full
  12. Brad crumb - as needed
  13. Peanut powder - 3 teaspoon (tsp.)
  14. Ghee - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  15. Oil - as needed.
  16. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Heat ghee and roast the samia or vermicelli to golden brown To this add bread crumb, salt as needed, peanut powder. Mix well and keep it aside.
  2. In a pan heat oil add chopped onion, green chili, ginger, garlic and sauté well until the raw smell is gone and oil turns transulcent.
  3. Cook the minced or ground meat by adding salt as needed. To thsi add the sautéed onion mixture., garam masala powder, chili powder, tomato sauce or juice and cook until the meat is cooked well. Cook the meat until oil separates.
  4. Take a lemon size of the samia or vermicelli mixture. Now place a little meat mixture as needed in the middle. Cover the meat and make a roll gently. i.e. meat cover with samia or vermicelli mixture.
  5. Beat egg, salt as needed. Now dip each of the rolls into the egg batter and then drop in bread crumb and cover them well.
  6. Heat oil for deep frying. Now fry the rolls to golden brown and serve.

NOTES:

  1. For better result cook the meat until oil separates.
